3 Ways to Make Money From Your Own Online Articles

Being an online writer is one of the easiest ways to make money if you’re writing them for your own website or blog.

It’s easy because you can write and publish articles about whatever you want with no one to tell you what to do.

You can write and publish which ever article you want, whenever you want and as often as you want.

But if that’s all you're doing, how can you earn money writing articles?

Here are 3 things you can do.

1. Use Inline Links. These are links that are attached to certain words in an article.

The link can lead to an ad for one of your own books, an affiliate product or it might be a paid link that you earn money from if someone clicks on it.

These links work well if used correctly and lead readers to products that they’re interested in buying.

2. A Resource Box. This is a short ‘About The Author’ paragraph that’s placed at the end of an article. It usually contains a link to a product you’re selling or a free ebook or online course.

3. Paid Ads. Even if you don’t have anything to sell, you can make money with paid advertising.

These are either ads that people pay to put on your site (which usually only happens if you have a really popular site with millions of visitors) or pay-per-click ads so that you earn money whenever someone clicks on one of the ads. Google’s AdSense ads are usually the most common ones that website owners use.

Or if you want, you can use all three of these methods so that you can sell your own books and ebooks, earn commission from selling other people’s products and make money from on-page ads at the same time.

However you decide to do it, writing online articles can be profitable.
