Getting into "The Zone."
Nitrofocus is a new MP3 audio program. It uses special 'brainwave' tones to help maximise levels of focus.
I’ve been watching this product for a while now and I finally decided to try it out for myself.
From what I read on the sales page, this is how it works:
The Nitrofocus MP3 audio contains frequency patterns, which match the brains natural 'focus' frequencies. All of these frequency tones are embedded in the audio tracks.
When you play the MP3s, it’s natural for your brain to copy the tones it hears - thereby bringing about a natural state of razor sharp focus and concentration.
This is a scientific process known as "brainwave entrainment."
Researched for over 100 years, brainwave entrainment has also been used to help reduce pain levels, improve mood, help the sleep deprived overcome insomnia, and even lower stress levels.
And now brainwave entrainment is available to the public.
The basic Nitrofocus MP3 is available as a free 7-day trial. But for this free trial you have to supply your credit card details.
If you’re unhappy doing this just remember that if you cancel within the 7 days, you owe nothing. If you’re worried that they may take your money without your permission, just remember that all you have to do is send in an email cancelling your request for the full set of MP3s, and no more will happen. And even when unscrupulous companies do take money they shouldn’t, it’s always easy to do a “chargeback” through your credit card company, for which vendors receive huge fines. You can use your email cancellation as proof that money shouldn’t have been taken.
Alternatively, you can download a 15 minute demo for free and no credit card number is required. Just download the MP3, put it on a loop to keep playing over and over for an hour while you get on with your work.
If you do decide to sign up for the 7 day free trial you’ll be able to immediately download the 1-hour "Nitrofocus Classic" MP3 -- as well as a few other bonuses. And they’re yours to keep no matter what.
The Nitrofocus MP3 instructions are simple: just listen while you work.
This is what I love so much about this is that you don’t have to stop your daily routine or give up your time to listen. You just do what you want to do and listen at the same time.
So I gave it a go.
The work I had to do was to write an article and a couple of blog posts. To help me out, I played the Nitrofocus MP3 in the background while I worked. I wasn’t expecting much because the sound it makes is just a soft rapid tone with some sort of ocean sound (or maybe it was white noise or just static, I wasn’t sure) playing in the background.
I played it through my computer speakers (although I should have used headphones but I was too lazy to go and get them and the room was quiet).
Then next thing I knew, I’d written, proofed, edited and uploaded all my work just as the one hour of listening was up.
Bam! That was so amazing. It felt like I’d been sitting there no time at all but not only was it a full hour, but I’d done so much.
At first I thought “Is Nitrofocus really that good?” But then I reasoned that maybe I was just working in one of those amazing windows of solid writing that sometimes happens without warning.
I felt so pumped up that I even contemplated playing the Nitrofocus MP3 again and doing more work, but I figured I needed a break from the computer after being so immersed in my work for such a long, uninterrupted amount of time.
Instead I got up and went on with other things I had to do, like hanging out washing, making lunch, etc.
Then in the afternoon I decided to do the experiment again.
I sat down, put on Nitrofocus for an hour and started writing. This time I was working on my novel. I got out my outline and my character profiles, and started typing.
Next thing I knew the Nitrofocus was ending and I’d written pages and pages of my book. It was actually 10 pages, and because I average about 400 words per page, that was 4,000 words.
I was amazed.
While I had a break and a well-deserved cup of coffee, I thought about how much writing I’d managed to achieve in just two 1-hour sessions. So while I sipped my hot, black coffee I thought about using Nitrofocus while I did other things.
So I took my iPhone out into the garden, slipped in my earbuds and listened to Nitrofocus again while I tackled a big patch of weeds that had been bugging me for a few weeks.
And I couldn’t believe it! In the next hour I cleared the whole patch. The weeds were huge and I’d been putting off getting rid of them because I thought it was an all day job or at least a full afternoon’s work. But I’d cleared the lot in just one hour.
I listed to Nitrofocus again over the next few days while doing different chores like sorting through files on my computer (I’m messy that way), cleaning the house, washing the car, and even catching up on some reading that I’d been meaning to do for ages.
Not only was I blasting away through all my work and getting completely ‘in the zone’ while I did it, but it was also affecting everything I did even when I WASN’T listening to Nitrofocus.
The motto of Nitrofocus is "Get More Done In Less Time" and, at least in my experience, it was true. I used to think that statement meant to work for the same amount of time and do as much as possible. But I now understand that it means do it more quickly and efficiently and have more time to do other things.
Not only that, but I didn’t feel tired from all the extra work I’d done. It actually felt good to be so productive. And because Nitrofocus is a listen-as-you-work audio, it makes it so easy to use. Just plug it in and go.
And if you want to upgrade to the full program and become a VIP member, it only costs $97.
The full set of Nitrofocus MP3 also includes Nitrofocus Workout (brilliant for household chores and gym workouts) and Nitrofocus Ocean (for relaxing).
The full Nitrofocus program contains 5 main MP3 sessions, each lasting 1 full hour. These are Nitrofocus Classic, Nitrofocus Digital, Nitrofocus Easy, Nitrofocus Workout and Nitrofocus Ocean.
It also contains a 50-page user guide, and 7 supporting 'brainwave' MP3s.
These are: the 5-Minute Break MP3, the 10-Minute Break MP3, the Brain Booster MP3, the Focus Gym MP3, the Memory Commit MP3, the Analytical Builder MP3, and Anxiety Reducer MP3.
This is one self-help product that I can recommend fully and completely because it worked so well for me and it will probably do the same for you too.
I’ve always wanted to increase my writing output and now I’ve done it. I usually only manage to write 2,000 words an hour at the very most. But now I can write 4,000 words or more because it’s rising all the time.
This means that I can earn even more money from my writing because my productivity and motivation have improved so much. So the $97 makes it a great investment.
If you’re not getting as many things done in a day as you want to, give Nitrofocus a try and not only will you get it all done, but in less time than you thought.
Not only that, but you’ll feel great too when you start breezing through your to-do list fully charged and motivated.
Just go to the Nitrofocus website and take a look for yourself.
